Ongoing Advanced Cold Reading/Booking Classes

Days Offered: Monday, Wednesday & Thursday
Time: 7PM
Location: Studio City & Burbank
This is the proving ground for Amy Lyndon's 15 Guideline Map To Success. Students are assigned a special hand picked scene at the beginning of each class and then asked to prepare it as if it were a real audition using the 15 Guidelines as a map. After a small lecture, the batting order is handed out. Students do not rehearse with their partner. Their goal is to Book It On The First Take. Students will work on the scene until it’s a Booking Take or they received their lesson for the evening.(Each Student Must Qualify For This Class)
 

The Master Class

This Tuesday Night 8 week Intensive Course is a FAST FORWARD for Advanced Students eager to perfect the 15 Guideline Map To Success as well as understand and apply Business and Marketing principles to their career. Each student auditions with a reader and is accountable to their weekly goals.
 

Career Consultation with Amy Lyndon

A One-Hour Career Consultation with Amy Lyndon will help relieve the client of helplessness when it comes to their career. Because of her background as a Personal Manager/Casting Director/Working Actress and Filmmaker, Ms. Lyndon gives complete advise on how to tighten the Actor’s Package and presenting them with a clear career direction. During the One-Hour Consult Ms. Lyndon will cover as much as she can to help each client pick the headshots that suit their essence regarding the characters that they can play. She will redo the resume, tighten up the electronic packages, review the demo reel, offer editing advice, photo session advice and answer career questions. All of this gives the client a package with headshots that match the demo and a clean resume package. If the client is seeking Representation, she will put together a solid cover letter, give referrals and help pick out new reps. Ms. Lyndon can also "mini-manage" clients on a monthly basis.
 

Privates

Ms. Lyndon currently has two private teachers on staff. If the student needs a private to learn The 15 Guideline Map and/or requires audition coaching, they need to call the office to set an appointment time.
